剧情：
少年高哲（刘松仁 饰）的怙恃逝世于一栋工场大厦的一次火警,痛不欲生的他有意中得悉本来此次火警乃城中巨富赵经琛为了廉价买下该栋大厦再直接改建的一个诡计。高哲苦无证据诉诸执法掉望后,决议本人取代警员惩办赵经琛。终极赵经琛在高哲的枪口下痛哭流涕,起誓改正,今后当前他果真成了一个乐善好施的大坏人。高哲今后找到了本大家生的途径,那就是将善人们都不义之财劫返来,馈赠给全部有须要的人。高哲救了或收容了一班流浪的技巧精英,包含潜退黉舍体系偷试卷而被开革的表弟BT（李思捷 饰）!神枪手小明星长脚蟹!开锁妙手Keyman跟车神姣佬。他们构成了一个行为小组,每每到手。正派神勇的干探江扬（马德钟 饰）因考察5年前他徒弟被强盗枪击致逝世一案而追踪到了高哲身上,虽被江扬带领的一宗警员纠葛,但高哲对他的为人跟行事非常不雅赏。于此同时,赵经琛的儿子赵君豪亦是一个专门走歪道赢利的市侩,高哲跟他开展了一系列斗志斗勇的争斗。
